BRAFelipe Drugovich
Felipe Drugovich is a Brazilian racing driver and the 2022 FIA Formula 2 Champion. He was born on May 23, 2000, in Maringá, Brazil. Drugovich began his motorsport career in karting before moving to single-seaters in European Formula 4. He gained attention in 2018 by dominating the Euroformula Open Championship with 14 wins in 16 races. After progressing through Formula 3, he joined Formula 2 in 2020 and secured multiple race victories. In 2022, he dominated the F2 season with MP Motorsport, securing the title with several rounds to spare. His championship win earned him a role as a reserve and development driver for the Aston Martin Formula 1 team. Known for his consistency, strategic racecraft, and tire management skills, he has been considered a strong candidate for an F1 seat. Despite not securing a full-time F1 drive, he continues to work closely with Aston Martin and remains a potential future F1 contender. His adaptability across different racing conditions has made him one of the most highly rated drivers outside of Formula 1.
